Soundtrace announced the addition of two former Shoebox leaders: Dr. Christi Haynes as Director of Audiology and Alexa Gough as Enterprise Sales Director. The appointments strengthen the clinical and commercial teams behind Soundtrace's connected approach to hearing conservation—bringing hearing testing, noise exposure, and hearing protection fit testing together so employers can act on the results, not just archive them.

A major addition to the clinical team

Dr. Haynes, formerly Lead Occupational Audiologist at Shoebox, brings deep occupational audiology expertise to Soundtrace. Working alongside Chief Medical Officer Dr. Subinoy Das, the company's national Professional Supervisor of Record, she will help expand clinical review across audiometric data, noise exposure trends, and fit testing results. Her addition strengthens the team's ability to identify emerging hearing risks and help employers intervene before additional hearing loss occurs.

Industry experience to support enterprise employers

Alexa Gough joins as Enterprise Sales Director after serving as Director of North American Sales and Occupational Health at Shoebox. She brings experience in key industries including aviation, food and beverage, and packaging. Alexa will lead enterprise sales strategy and work with Soundtrace's account executive team to bring the expanded platform to large industrial employers.

The announcement comes as Soundtrace supports hearing conservation programs in 46 states. Together, these hires reinforce the company's focus on moving beyond the test toward a physician-led program that connects data with clinical follow-up and practical action to help prevent workplace hearing loss.
