  • Oversee returns and asset tracking to support field readiness and control operational costs.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Create field playbooks, SOPs, and practical tools to help partner teams scale efficiently and stay aligned with our best practices.
  • Monitor and report on field KPIs: revenue, service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Ops to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Share insights and field feedback with leadership to inform strategy, product, and support improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner management, field ops, or service delivery leadership.

  • Familiar with logistics and inventory systems that support field operations at scale.
  • Strong relationship builder that is able to connect with field reps, partner leaders, and internal teams alike.
  • OSHA or safety background is a bonus, but passion for protecting workers is a must.
